The beach condo is elegantly decorated and equipped with the most modern amenities, including Smart TVs with cable, AC in every area, Bluetooth speakers in every room, and a large capacity washer and dryer. Our gated beach community provides privacy and security. This second-floor apartment has a private access hallway for convenience and privacy. The private grounds have a pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, a playground, and a kids' pool.

The Olympic-sized swimming pool and large deck are perfect for a swim and sunshine. The shallow kid’s pool is in full view of the main pool. The pool clubhouse offers full bathrooms.
COMFORTABLE LIVING AREA
The living area has a comfortable sofa that converts to a deluxe queen bed. The Smart TV has access to Netflix, Prime, and other providers. A high-end Bluetooth speaker is also included. The space has an air conditioner and ceiling fan.
BREAKFAST BAR
Enjoy breakfast or a quick meal at our breakfast bar, which also serves as a workspace with outlets for your laptop or tablet.
MODERN DINING AREA
The glass-top dining table has comfortable chairs and is ready for any meal. The space also has a ceiling fan and light.
WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen has a refrigerator, an electric range with an entire oven, a microwave, a double sink with waste disposal, and a filtered water dispenser. It also has a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are all included.

The main bathroom has a glass door shower, a bidet, a ceiling fan, and an elongated toilet. The sink is just opposite the bathroom.
SECOND BATHROOM
The second bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. It has a glass door shower and a retractable clothesline for wet bathing suits. We also offer a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and sink.
